As a credentialed mediator and certified family law mediator, Ms. Benkoski brings trained and experienced negotiation skills to the table. Understanding the volatility of family law disputes, which can include child custody, parent-child visitation, property disputes, separation agreements and the like, Ms. Benkoski brings a calming, rehabilitative presence to the chaos at hand and the restoration of effective communication between the parties. And because of her broad litigation background, she is comfortable mediating many other and different subject matters as well as multi-parties. Her mediation practice encompasses a wide range of issues and conflicts relating to probate, pre-marital and post-marital agreement conflicts, domestic partner disputes, business partnerships, and insurance disputes.
